Producing child abuse images has now become easy and inexpensive. The Internet allows images and digitized movies to be reproduced and disseminated to tens of thousands of individuals at the click of a button. The distribution and receipt of such images can be done almost anonymously. As a result, child pornography is readily available through virtually every Internet technology (web sites, email, instant messaging/ICQ, Internet Relay Chat (IRC), newsgroups/bulletin boards, and peer-to-peer). The technological ease, lack of expense, and anonymity in obtaining and distributing child pornography has resulted in an explosion in the availability, accessibility, and volume of child pornography.
Producing, possessing or distributing images of minors ( anyone under the age of 18 ) engaged in sexual conduct is illegal(but many of sexy Model are Minor). Some states in the United States and many countries allow sexual conduct and marriage between adults and minors, but visual depictions of that conduct are prohibited in the United States by federal law. Similarly, sexual conduct between minors or by a minor is often tolerated but visual depictions of that conduct are also prohibited. Child Pornography laws in the United States exist to protect children and are strictly enforced – websites that display any content that might be considered child pornography should expect to be prosecuted.
Although comprehensive research to document the number of children engaged in prostitution in the United States is lacking, it is estimated that about 293,000(Each year) American youth are currently at risk of becoming victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
18 U.S.C. § 2252 prohibits the production, transportation, or knowing receipt or distribution of any visual depiction “of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.” For the purposes of Title 18, 18 U.S.C. § 2256 defines a “minor” as any person under the age of eighteen years, and “sexually explicit conduct” as actual or simulated:
“(A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(B) bestiality ; Rape is only a one method

“Sexual intercourse” and “bestiality” (sex with an animal) seem pretty clear – if your website displays images that a prosecutor believes involve minors engaged in sexual intercourse or bestiality, expect to be prosecuted. Which acts constitute “masturbation” or “sadistic or masochistic abuse” may be more difficult to define, because participants engaged in such activities tend to do so for a sexual purpose. Clearly a child could appear to be engaged in such activities without intending a sexual purpose. What a child intends by his or her actions is irrelevant, however, because Federal law prohibits “simulated” as well as actual acts. Many states also address this issue by prohibiting images of minors touching or displaying their bodies “for the purpose of sexual stimulation of the viewer.”
Other young people are recruited into prostitution through forced abduction, pressure from parents, or through deceptive agreements between parents and traffickers. Francis T. Once these children become involved in prostitution they are often forced to travel far from their homes and as a result are isolated from their friends and family. Id. Few children in this situation are able to develop new relationships with peers or adults other than the person who is victimizing them. Id. The lifestyle of such children revolves around violence, forced drug use and constant threats. Id. Among children and teens living on the streets in the United States, involvement in commercial sex activity is a problem of epidemic proportion. Approximately 55% of street girls engage in formal prostitution. Estes Report, Executive Summary at 7. Of the girls engaged in formal prostitution, about 75% worked for a pimp. Pimp-controlled commercial sexual exploitation of children is linked to escort and massage services, private dancing, drinking and photographic clubs, major sporting and recreational events, major cultural events, conventions, and tourist destinations. Id. About one-fifth of these children become entangled in nationally organized crime networks and are trafficked nationally. at 8. They are transported around the United States by a variety of means – cars, buses, vans, trucks or planes, and are often provided counterfeit identification to use in the event of arrest. The average age at which girls first become victims of prostitution is 12-14. Estes Report at 92. It is not only the girls on the streets that are affected — for boys and transgender youth, the average age of entry into prostitution is 11-13.
It is a problem in Canada, where 2,000 to 3,000 of these young women are brought in every year. Or it’s a problem in the United States, where 20,000 to 40,000 women are trafficked every year. It’s a huge problem throughout the European Union, particularly in Germany, the Netherlands, even Great Britain, even Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece. You find these women everywhere. You find them in Japan, in Hong Kong. You find them in the strangest of places, like Costa Rica and Dominican Republic and Iraq and Afghanistan.
So many of these girls, when they’re rescued or when they’re discarded on the streets because they’re [of] no more use to the pimps and the brothel owner, go home, and their nightmare continues, because in their villages and towns they’re known as the local whore or local prostitute. They come home psychologically devastated, with all kinds of medical problems, sexually transmitted diseases. They’re HIV positive; they have AIDS; there’s nothing for them. And so many of them end up in insane asylums; many end up committing suicide.
When the Iron Curtain came down(Free German), suddenly what you had was [Eastern European women went from representing] not even 1 percent to suddenly 25 percent of the trafficked women. They were blond, white, sexy(Pardon me!!!), intelligent. You could talk to them, and you could make them compliant, and that’s what happened. They suddenly became the latest “it” girl. …
When the Iron Curtain crumbled, it seemed like organized crime realized the many resources that they could go in and exploit. They were stealing everything from oil and gold and natural resources; what they went after next was the young women.
They realized that there’s a lot of money to be made on one woman. They could kidnap or buy her for $500 and within a year make $250,000 off of one body. For so many of these young women, there’s absolutely no protection. They’re unemployed; they’re desperate; they’re destitute. … Organized crime knew this is a field [they] can exploit. …
I know that it’s easier to traffic women than drugs or weapons, which defies logic, because you think, they’re alive; they can run. Why is human trafficking so appealing to the criminal organizations?
