Producing child abuse images has now become easy and inexpensive. The Internet allows images and digitized movies to be reproduced and disseminated to tens of thousands of individuals at the click of a button. The distribution and receipt of such images can be done almost anonymously. As a result, child pornography is readily available through virtually every Internet technology (web sites, email, instant messaging/ICQ, Internet Relay Chat (IRC), newsgroups/bulletin boards, and peer-to-peer). The technological ease, lack of expense, and anonymity in obtaining and distributing child pornography has resulted in an explosion in the availability, accessibility, and volume of child pornography.

Producing, possessing or distributing images of minors ( anyone under the age of 18 ) engaged in sexual conduct is illegal(but many of sexy Model are Minor). Some states in the United States and many countries allow sexual conduct and marriage between adults and minors, but visual depictions of that conduct are prohibited in the United States by federal law. Similarly, sexual conduct between minors or by a minor is often tolerated but visual depictions of that conduct are also prohibited. Child Pornography laws in the United States exist to protect children and are strictly enforced – websites that display any content that might be considered child pornography should expect to be prosecuted.

Although comprehensive research to document the number of children engaged in prostitution in the United States is lacking, it is estimated that about 293,000(Each year) American youth are currently at risk of becoming victims of commercial sexual exploitation.

18 U.S.C. § 2252 prohibits the production, transportation, or knowing receipt or distribution of any visual depiction “of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.” For the purposes of Title 18, 18 U.S.C. § 2256 defines a “minor” as any person under the age of eighteen years, and “sexually explicit conduct” as actual or simulated:

“(A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;

(B) bestiality ; Rape is only a one method

(C) masturbation ; why it is attrective ?

“Sexual intercourse” and “bestiality” (sex with an animal) seem pretty clear – if your website displays images that a prosecutor believes involve minors engaged in sexual intercourse or bestiality, expect to be prosecuted. Which acts constitute “masturbation” or “sadistic or masochistic abuse” may be more difficult to define, because participants engaged in such activities tend to do so for a sexual purpose. Clearly a child could appear to be engaged in such activities without intending a sexual purpose. What a child intends by his or her actions is irrelevant, however, because Federal law prohibits “simulated” as well as actual acts. Many states also address this issue by prohibiting images of minors touching or displaying their bodies “for the purpose of sexual stimulation of the viewer.”

Other young people are recruited into prostitution through forced abduction, pressure from parents, or through deceptive agreements between parents and traffickers. Francis T. Once these children become involved in prostitution they are often forced to travel far from their homes and as a result are isolated from their friends and family. Id. Few children in this situation are able to develop new relationships with peers or adults other than the person who is victimizing them. Id. Among children and teens living on the streets in the United States, involvement in commercial sex activity is a problem of epidemic proportion. Approximately 55% of street girls engage in formal prostitution. Estes Report, Executive Summary at 7. Of the girls engaged in formal prostitution, about 75% worked for a pimp. Pimp-controlled commercial sexual exploitation of children is linked to escort and massage services, private dancing, drinking and photographic clubs, major sporting and recreational events, major cultural events, conventions, and tourist destinations. Id. About one-fifth of these children become entangled in nationally organized crime networks and are trafficked nationally. at 8. They are transported around the United States by a variety of means – cars, buses, vans, trucks or planes, and are often provided counterfeit identification to use in the event of arrest. The average age at which girls first become victims of prostitution is 12-14. Estes Report at 92. It is not only the girls on the streets that are affected — for boys and transgender youth, the average age of entry into prostitution is 11-13.

It is a problem in Canada, where 2,000 to 3,000 of these young women are brought in every year. Or it’s a problem in the United States, where 20,000 to 40,000 women are trafficked every year. It’s a huge problem throughout the European Union, particularly in Germany, the Netherlands, even Great Britain, even Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece. You find these women everywhere. You find them in Japan, in Hong Kong. You find them in the strangest of places, like Costa Rica and Dominican Republic and Iraq and Afghanistan.

So many of these girls, when they’re rescued or when they’re discarded on the streets because they’re [of] no more use to the pimps and the brothel owner, go home, and their nightmare continues, because in their villages and towns they’re known as the local whore or local prostitute. They come home psychologically devastated, with all kinds of medical problems, sexually transmitted diseases. They’re HIV positive; they have AIDS; there’s nothing for them. And so many of them end up in insane asylums; many end up committing suicide.

When the Iron Curtain came down(Free German), suddenly what you had was [Eastern European women went from representing] not even 1 percent to suddenly 25 percent of the trafficked women. They were blond, white, sexy(Pardon me!!!), intelligent. You could talk to them, and you could make them compliant, and that’s what happened. They suddenly became the latest “it” girl. …

When the Iron Curtain crumbled, it seemed like organized crime realized the many resources that they could go in and exploit. They were stealing everything from oil and gold and natural resources; what they went after next was the young women.

They realized that there’s a lot of money to be made on one woman. They could kidnap or buy her for $500 and within a year make $250,000 off of one body. For so many of these young women, there’s absolutely no protection. They’re unemployed; they’re desperate; they’re destitute. … Organized crime knew this is a field [they] can exploit. …

I know that it’s easier to traffic women than drugs or weapons, which defies logic, because you think, they’re alive; they can run. Why is human trafficking so appealing to the criminal organizations?

years girls and young women disappeared from their homes in the drab industrial Russian town of Nizhny Tagil. Their parents called the police and pasted up posters. But in the end it was a stray dog that tracked them down. The decomposing bodies of 30 females aged from 13 to 25 were found in a mass grave in woodland near the village of Levikha, 40 miles away.

The discovery sent a ripple of horror through a country inured to brutal tales. Prosecutors in the town on the eastern flank of the Urals, the crinkle of mountains separating the European and Asian parts of Russia, have now charged eight men aged between 25 and 46 with murder. But it has revealed a catalogue of errors on the part of Nizhny Tagil police who failed to link a string of missing persons reports from 2002 to 2005.

It is thought a gang led by two brothers used a handsome young man to lure the girls to a flat where they were raped and beaten. Those who refused to become prostitutes at the gang’s massage parlour ended up in the Levikha grave. The scale of the horror has reminded rich Muscovites of the brutal life out in the provinces where low pay and lack of work can drive ordinary people to shocking crimes. ‘In four years in Nizhny Tagila, a city of 400,000, girls were going missing left, right and centre and nobody raised the alarm,’ one newspaper commented. ‘Tens of girls and young women missing? And nobody gave a damn?’

Mark Kustovsky, the factory worker who acted as the bait, wooed the women with presents and visits to cafes. His wife said the ringleaders forced him to put bodies in the grave, telling him: ‘If you don’t bury them, you’ll be lying there yourself.’ But the police say he was a willing gang member.

‘The girls who didn’t agree to work in the brothel were taken to the forest and there killed and buried,’ prosecutor Nail Rizvanov said. The gang told the girls they were going for a picnic, feeding them kebabs before they were murdered. It is not clear how they were killed, but some had crushed skulls.

So far, 15 bodies have been identified in a process complicated by wild animals disturbing the remains. One of the girls is thought to be Yelena Chudinova, 15, daughter of one of the gang leaders.

The grave was close to a bus stop and dachas. Towards the end of their spree the gang gave up burying the bodies, just throwing branches over them instead .

What is Poverty?

There are plenty of statistics and data about global poverty–these are just a few:

• Each year, more than 8 million people around the world die because they are too poor to stay alive.
• Over 1 billion people—1 in 6 people around the world—live in extreme poverty, defined as living on less than $1 a day.
• More than 800 million go hungry each day.
• Over 100 million primary school-age children cannot go to school.

Based on definitions established by the World Bank , nearly 3 billion people—half of the world’s population—are considered poor. But poverty isn’t simply a numbers game. It’s about scores of men, women and children enduring unimaginable obstacles that keep them from fulfilling their most basic human rights and achieving their individual potentials.

When the United Nations created the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, signatories proclaimed that all people have the right to education, work, health and well-being. But today, millions around the world are too crippled by poverty to fulfill these basic rights. Millions continue to go hungry. Scores of children never step inside a classroom. Families watch their loved ones die from largely preventable causes because they do not have access to adequate medical care. In essence, poverty is a denial of human rights.

Human beings are members of a whole,
In creation of one essence and soul.

If one member is afflicted with pain,
Other members uneasy will remain.

If you have no sympathy for human pain,
The name of human you cannot retain.

Teenage girls are being kidnapped and smuggled into Britain to be sold as sex slaves for £3,000 each.

The terrified youngsters are held prisoner in brothels where they are forced into prostitution by their masters.

Sunday Mirror investigators were offered the chance to buy 100 of the girls – three of them aged just 15.

The sordid trade centres on the historic Czech capital of Prague – a thriving destination for Brit tourists on sex holidays.

It is rapidly becoming the sex tourist capital of Europe, fuelled by the increase in cheap direct flights.

Our investigation follows the sentencing this week of the Albanian Mr Big behind the Eastern European sex trafficking trade in the UK.

Illegal immigrant Luan Plakici, 26, was jailed for 10 years at Wood Green Crown Court in London for smuggling up to 60 women into Britain and forcing them into prostitution.

Evil Plakici beat his victims, allowed them to be raped and even caged his 16-year-old wife in a brothel.

But we can reveal that rival gangs are already vying to fill the vacuum left by Plakici’s capture.

Our investigators infiltrated a Russian Mafia gang that offered to supply 100 girls – kidnapped from the former Soviet Union – to massage parlours in Britain every month.

A Russian godfather called Ima told our undercover reporters: “We can send girls to Britain. You like Russian girls ? We send each one for six months and you pay 5,000 euros (£3,000) each.”

Like Plakici, the Russian mafia uses Prague as a staging post on the smuggling route between East and West.

Our investigators were shown around one of their brothels in Prague and a safe house where girls are held against their will before being sent to brothels in Europe.

The Russians told us that any of the miserable-looking girls we were shown were available to be smuggled into Britain for the right price.

In the first brothel – a dimly lit loft conversion called Dessert in the tourist quarter – there were 12 semi-naked girls sitting on wooden chairs.

The guide told us that three of the prostitutes were just 15.

The safehouse – a three-storey villa on the outskirts of Prague – was prison to a further 20 prostitutes.

Our investigators were taken there in a blacked-out Russian mafia Mercedes driven by an armed bodyguard.

After running a background check on our men, a mafia boss called Andrei agreed to talk to us.

He said: “They (the girls) can’t escape. If they cause problems, we will hurt their families in Russia.

“Russian girls are the most obedient. We can smuggle people into the EU as dancers or waitresses. That’s how we get work permits.”

Another boss called Yusef added: “These girls have been in Prague for six months and I don’t have problem. I have 50 girls in Prague now. We control the business here.”

Yusef, who wore expensive designer clothes and a ski hat with a Union Jack, flashed a wad of 14,000 euros (£9,500).

Smiling he said: “That’s the money I make in one night in Prague. But I have escort businesses in Germany and Israel.

“London is what we want – there’s a lot of money there.” In a sinister reference to the Albanian mafia who control up to 70 per cent of the vice trade in London’s Soho, Yusef grinned: “The Albanians? They are not a problem.

“We remember the Albanians who have done business here. We control Prague now.

“Each girl is 5,000 euros. Once you have paid, she is yours for as long as you want.

“After six months, if you want to get new ones, you’ll have to pay 5,000 euros again.”

In the safehouse, Yusef violently grabbed a beautiful dark-haired girl and groped her breast. The frightened girl smiled uncomfortably. Yusef said: “See how they respect me. They will do anything I say. We can provide girls cheaper than anyone else.”

He then introduced us to three Russian girls – Viktoria, Palina and Daniela – who, they said, were their biggest earners and could be ours to own for the right price.

At a meeting at the five-star Intercontinental Hotel in Prague, Andrei explained the gang travelled freely to London, using Israeli passports.

He claimed he was a Russian Jew who had got the passport legally. Andrei added: “I don’t need a visa to go to London with an Israeli passport. I have another three passports from different countries.”

Andrei boasted how the gang has very strong links with the Russian mafia in London.

He said: “Nothing will stop us. We’re not afraid of anyone.”

The following day, the Russian mafia emailed our investigators details of their website containing explicit pictures of 15 prostitutes available for trafficking to the UK.

The website listed details of their brothels in Prague, rates and a menu of sexual services. One hour of “usual sex, oral without a condom and a striptease” cost £30.

The United Nations recently named Prague as the hub of the sex slave industry in Europe, where prostitutes are held captive before being shipped into Western Europe.

And last week, an Interpol report predicted that the entry of the Czech Republic into the EU next year would lead to a dramatic rise in human trafficking as border controls disappear altogether.
